All of our products that we sell online are manufatured with Western Red Cedar. However, we are a custom woodworking company and can use alternate materials such as Cypress and Douglas Fir if so desired or specified by the architect.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY:
OUR PRCING DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING CHARGES. WE SHIP VIA UPS ACCORDING TO THE PRICING CHART BELOW (UNLESS A SPECIFIC, SPECIAL SHIPPING CHARGE IS LISTED IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION). DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS, YOU WILL NEED TO CHOOSE THE CORRESPONDING UPS SHIPPING AMOUNT IN RELATION TO THE SUBTOTAL/PRODUCTS OF YOUR SHIPPING CART. WE ALSO HAVE FLAT FEE LOCAL DELIVERY IN THE GREENVILLE AREA AND FREE PICK-UP AT OUR TRAVELERS REST, SC FACILITY. CUSTOM SHIPPING QUOTES ARE AVAILABLE. DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
Yes. In addition to checks and money orders, we accept all major credit cards via Paypal. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE THIS FREE, SECURE SERVICE.
DO YOU PROVIDE PAINTING OR STAINING?
No. Due to our shop limitations, we do not offer any priming and/or finishing to any of our products. ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED UNPRIMED AND UNSTAINED.
WHAT IS A TYPICAL LEAD TIME ON ORDERS?
Normally we require one to two weeks lead time on all orders. However, this can fluctuate with our workload. Please contact us directly if there is a deadline that must be met so we can best determine if we can complete the job as requested.
CAN WE HAVE THINGS SHIPPED VIA OVERNIGHT SERVICE?
Yes, we use UPS to ship and custom shipping quotes can be done at your request. Sorry, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Unless otherwise noted, all of our items are manufactured in and shipped from our Travelers Rest, SC facility.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All of our items are custom made per your order. Due to our wide range of products and the available customization, we do not stock any products. All orders are non-refundable and non-returnable accept for manufacturer's defect.
